With over 20 years of nursing experience across diverse healthcare settings, and a deep understanding of value-based care, I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming the healthcare system can feel for families.
I created Hands of Meraki to bridge the gap between clinical care and real-life support providing families with clarity, organization, and trusted guidance every step of the way.
My mission is to help families feel confident and supported while navigating care, with a focus on proactive oversight that helps reduce unnecessary hospital visits whenever possible.
My approach is rooted in professionalism, compassion, and personalized attention because your loved one deserves care that is not only well-coordinated but guided with heart and purpose.
Hands Of Meraki FAQ
Do you provide hands-on nursing care?
No. Hands of Meraki is an RN-led, non-medical care support service. While our services are guided by a Registered Nurse's expertise, we do not provide skilled nursing care, administer medications, or perform medical treatments. Instead, we focus on care coordination, advocacy, education, organization, and support for families.
Do you accept insurance?
At this time, Hands of Meraki operates on a private-pay basis and does not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. Payment is the responsibility of the client or family.
Do you replace home health?
No. Hands of Meraki is designed to complement—not replace—home health, hospice, or your loved one's healthcare providers. We work alongside existing services to help families stay organized, navigate the healthcare system, and feel supported between visits.
Can you help if I live out of state?
Yes. Many of our clients are adult children or family members who live outside the area. We can provide virtual care coordination, family updates, appointment support, advocacy, and help oversee your loved one's care to give you greater peace of mind.
